The subject of the project is to create high-quality spaces, intimate and fluid spaces for defining collective activities related to investing in the stock exchange. The public space for dialogue and community engagement, the café's bar, advisory and registration spaces, the bank, and private and semi-private meeting rooms were the premises of the employer for the showroom space.
The most important design challenges were the size of the stairs and facilities in the center of the space and the outspread columns. This volume in addition to separating showroom space into two, was in conflict with the main purpose to create an open and transparent space. In order to create a seamless space in accordance with the definition provided by the employer, the wall between the lobby and the showroom was removed in order to integrate these two spaces into one and on the other hand, to make continuity for the influence of the activities of showroom into the lobby of the unit and also to make best circulation between the two main and secondary doors.
In order to organize the stairs and facilities located in the center of the space, a fluid-form wall with the organizational standard color of Mofid Securities was designed. This fluid wall has two main functions; one covering elements of the facility and support water supply, the corridor leading to the toilet and the volume of the stairs, and the other arranging the functions of the showroom. Cafeteria table, Reception Tables, The collections of honors and status monitor are organized and defined by the central fluid wall. We tried to avoid the visual barrier between the outer curtain walls and the intermediate wall of the showroom in order to make the fluid wall noticeable, visible and identifiable from Jordan Street by the pedestrian.
